making some healthy new changes
at least 30min cardio everyday, balanced healthy diet, and staying away from drugs and alcohol
so far:
-5 days of cardio
-3 weeks fast food free
-5 days completely sober
…i actually might try to go all of february with no drugs or alcohol
we’ll see how that goes!
